Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer 1 , cut up
  Tomato juice 1 Can (10 oz)
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated low calorie sweetener/Liquid low calorie sweetener 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat broiler.
Place chicken, skin side down, in a single layer on rack in broiler pan.
Combine tomato juice, onion, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and your favorite low calorie sweetener, using the equivalent of 1 tablespoon sugar, in a small bowl.
Brush some over chicken.
Place broiler pan about 8 inches from heat.
Broil, basting often with sauce, 20 minutes; turn' skin side up.
Continue broiling, basting often with sauce, 20 minutes longer, or until chicken is richly browned and tender.
Serve with cooked rice, if you wish (92 calories per 1/2 cup serving).
