Cheesy Chicken And Asparagus
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned cream of asparagus soup||10 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped asparagus||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Crushed potato chips/Bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Whisk together the lemon juice, soup and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
Add the chicken, asparagus, onion, rice and Cheddar cheese and mix well.
Spoon the mixture into a greased 7x11 inch 2 quart baking dish.
Top with potato chips and sprinkle with Creole seasoning.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
It may be prepared ahead of time and potato chips topping added just before baking.
