Maple Mustard Grilled Chicken
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Balsamic vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
|Peanut oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced fresh garlic||1 Teaspoon|
|Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts||8|
Combine the mustard, vinegar, peanut oil, maple syrup, pepper and garlic in a bowl and whisk to blend.
Place the chicken in a sealable plastic bag and add the mustard mixture.
Chill, sealed, for 4 to 10 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Grill over hot coals for 10 to 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning once
