Chicken Breasts Mornay
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mornay sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Seasoned With 0.5 Teaspoon Salt And Dash Of Pepper)|
Dust chicken breasts with seasoned flour.
Place in small, shallow baking dish, skin side down; pour melted butter or margarine over and around chicken.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) 30 minutes; turn chicken breasts; bake 25 to 30 minutes longer, basting 2 or 3 times during baking, until chicken is golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
Place on heated serving platter; serve with Mornay Sauce.
