Coffee Roasted Chicken
|French dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Instant coffee granules||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||4 Tablespoon, melted|
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut up (1 Piece)|
Combine the French dressing, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and coffee granules in a small bowl and whisk well to blend.
Line a 10x15 inch cake pan with foil and brush the foil with 1 tablespoon of the melted butter.
Salt and flour the chicken pieces and arrange in the prepared cake pan.
Baste with the remaining 3 tablespoons melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Baste with the French dressing mixture.
Bake for 50 minutes longer.
