Butter Chicken Paprika

The chicken paprika is a spicy and hot preparation of chicken cooked with butter. Prepared in the oven, the chicken paprika has vegetables like capsicums and tomatoes in it and can be served with potatoes or salad. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Butter 60 Gram
  Onions 4 , sliced
  Green capsicum 2 , sliced
  Canned peeled tomatoes 425 Gram
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken maryland pieces 4
Directions

1 Melt butter for 40 seconds on HIGH in a large casserole dish.

Add onions, cook for 4-5 minutes on HIGH, until tender.

Add capsicums, tomatoes, salt and paprika.
Cook for 5-7 minutes on HIGH.
Place chicken into casserole dish.
Cover and cook for 40-50 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 180°C.
Serve with boiled rice.
