This yummy Rolled Chicken Breasts recipe is simply brilliant. The Rolled Chicken Breasts is a favorite at home and I prepare them almost every weekend. Try the Rolled Chicken Breasts and you will understand why it is popular at my place.
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Whole chicken breasts 3 , boned and halved
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

In a fry pan mix melted butter, salt, bread crumbs, celery, onion, and parsley to make the stuffing.
Put chicken pieces skin side down.
Put some of the stuffing mixture in the center of each piece.
Roll the chicken over the stuff ' ing and fasten together with skewers.
Heat cooking oil in pressure cooker.
Brown each piece of chicken.
Add water; close cover of cooker.
Set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 10 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
