Tandoori Grilled Chicken

The Tandoori Grilled Chicken is finger licking tasty. Trust me, once you have Tandoori Grilled Chicken. You would wish you have cooked more of it! Try it at your place and you will understand why!
Ingredients
  Unflavored low fat yogurt 8 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Boneless skinless chicken breast halves 4
  Non fat cooking spray 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, garlic, salt, ginger, cumin, cayenne pepper and cinnamon.
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow glass pan and pour the marinade over the pieces, turning to coat thoroughly.
Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1-8 hours, turning occasionally.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes.
Discard any unused marinade.
