Twist And Shout Chicken Drumsticks
|Orange juice/Buttermilk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Chicken drumsticks||12 , skim removed (3 Ounce Or 90 Grams Each)|
|Breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In large bowl, combine orange juice and garlic.
Toss drumsticks in mixture and marinate for 10 minutes.
Shake off excess liquid.
Meanwhile, in clean plastic bag, combine breadcrumbs, cornmeal, paprika, sugar, chili powder, salt, mustard, cayenne and cumin.
Add drumsticks to plastic bag and shake in seasoned breadcrumbs until coated.
Place on non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 350Â°F/180Â°C oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until cooked through, brown and crisp.
