Chicken Breasts Divan
|Chicken breast halves||2 Pound (6 Small Units)|
|Frozen broccoli spears||16 Ounce (2 Package)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Arrange chicken breasts skin sides up in oblong baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Cover loosely and microwave until chicken is done, 15 to 17 minutes.
Drain and reserve juices.
Microwave frozen broccoli in package on paper towel until tender, 8 to 10 minutes;drain.
Arrange broccoli spears under chicken breasts.
Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and 1/2 cup reserved juices from chicken; pour over chicken.
Microwave margarine uncovered in small dish untifmelted, 30 to 45 seconds.
Stir in bread crumbs.
Sprinkle over chicken.
Cover loosely and microwave until hot, 7 to 9 minutes.
