|Mandarin oranges||1 Can (10 oz) (With Juice)|
|Lemon juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Seasoned With Salt, Pepper, And Garlic Salt)|
Put seasoned flour in a brown paper bag.
Shake chicken pieces in the bag to coat with flour mixture.
Heat margarine and oil in skillet; brown the chicken pieces.
Drain mandarin oranges, reserving juice.
Mix mandarin juice with lemon juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and ginger.
Pour this sauce over chicken in skillet.
Cover; allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
When chicken is tender to the fork, add mandarin oranges; simmer just 5 minutes more.
