Baked Chicken Breasts
|Chicken breasts||3 , halved|
|Onion||1 Small, diced|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sauterne wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange in casserole dish or dutch oven.
Sprinkle with paprika; add onion.
Dot with butter.
Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Add wine during last 30 minutes of baking time.
