Stewed Chicken

Ingredients
  Stewing chicken 3 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 3
  Celery stalk with leaves 2 (Ribs)
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, quartered
Directions

Place all ingredients in the pressure cooker in the order given.
Close cover and set pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 25 minutes.
Let pressure drop of its own accord.
If gravy is desired, remove chicken from the liquid and strain the liquid.
Then thicken liquid to make gravy.
Replace chicken to heat it thoroughly.
Serve chicken at once.
