Chicken Provencale Microwave Method

Ingredients
  Chicken pieces/4 marylands 1 1⁄4 Kilogram
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned peeled tomatoes 425 Gram
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Apple 1 , peeled and chopped
  Black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Button mushrooms 250 Gram
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a large jug combine wine, tomatoes, onion, apple, olives and curry powder.
Mix well, 2.
Arrange chicken pieces in a casserole dish.
Pour over sauce.
Cover and cook for 27-30 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH.

Add mushrooms and return to oven and cook for a further 5 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH.

Sprinkle with parsley.
