Pineapple Honey Chicken Breasts
|Low sodium soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Boneless skinless chicken breast halves||4|
|Pineapple slices/4 canned pineapple slices||4 (0.5 Inch Thick)|
|Non fat cooking spray||1|
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Blendwill melt and run into the drip tray.
Place 1 slice of pineapple on each piece of chicken and grill for 3-5 minutes.
If desired, you may pour the melted sauce over the grilled chicken to serve the soy sauce, ginger, oil, garlic and honey.
Place the chicken in the grill and spoon the soy honey sauce over each piece.
Grill for 3 minutes.
