Tamari Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
  Tamari 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Tablespoon, coarsely ground
  Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 6
  Non fat cooking spray 1
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the tamari, parsley, oil, lemon juice and pepper.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the chick en in the grill and drizzle each piece with the tamari lemon sauce.
Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes.
