Baked Chicken In Wine Sauce is a yummy chicken dish that will definitely be a winner at the next party you host. I served the Baked Chicken In Wine Sauce last week for my husband and his colleagues and they loved it. Try this Baked Chicken In Wine Sauce recipe, trust me, its simply brilliant!.
Ingredients
  Fryer chicken 1 , cut up
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry red wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parsley 10 Gram
Directions

Place chicken in oven pan.
Dust with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
Sprinkle with worcestershire sauce and dot with 1/2 stick butter.
Brown in 475 degree oven.
Remove from oven; add wine, turning pieces of chicken.
Dot with re maining butter.
Reduce temperature to 350 de grees.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Bake for 15 minutes longer.
