Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Seedless grapes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Wash chicken and pat dry.
Rub with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Place on a roasting pan and stuff the cavity with the whole grapes.
Roast in a 400° oven for 20 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and roast 1 to 1 1/4 hours longer, or until the drumstick moves easily, basting several times with wine and drippings.
Carve and serve grapes alongside.
Pass pan juices skimmed of fat.
Contains about 200 to 250 calories per serving.
