Pork, Chicken And Vegetables

Ingredients
  Broiler chicken 2 Pound
  Pork 1 Pound
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Tomatoes 3 , cut in eighths
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried ground chili peppers 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground sesame seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Beef broth 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked green peas/Canned green peas 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Remove the meat of the chicken and dice.
Cut the pork in 1-inch cubes.
Heat the oil in a casserole or deep saucepan, brown the chicken and pork in it.
Remove.
Saute the onions and garlic in the oil remaining in the pan until browned.
Add the tomatoes; cook over low heat 5 minutes.
Return the chicken and pork and add the salt, chili peppers, sesame seeds, broth, and soy sauce.
Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes.
Add the peas and cook 5 minutes longer or until meat and chicken are tender.
