Chicken With Celery And Celery Cabbage

  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Broiler fryer chicken 1 , skinned, boned, and cut into bite-size pieces
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Celery cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced across the head into 0.25 inch slices
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced diagonally into winch slices
  Mushrooms 1⁄4 Pound, sliced in "t" shape
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Combine sherry, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger in small bowl.
Add chicken and mari nate 20 to 30 minutes.
Heat oil in the wok and stirfry celery cabbage and celery 1 to 2 minutes or until green color intensifies.
Push aside.
Stirfry mushrooms 1 to 2 minutes.
Push aside.
Stirfry bean sprouts 1 to 2 minutes.
Push aside.
Add chicken and stir fry 3 to 4 minutes, until done.
Return veg etables to the chicken in the wok.
Stir cor nstarch into the broth and add to the com bined mixture of chicken and vegetables.
Heat until sauce is thickened and clear.
Serve at once with rice.
Garnish with nuts
