Sauteed Chicken Liver
|Chicken liver||2 Pound, halved|
|Onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Mushrooms||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Crisp fry the bacon in the pressure cooker.
Remove the bacon and set aside.
Saute chicken liver and onions in the bacon fat.
Pour off any excess fat.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Close cover and set pressure regulator in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 5 minutes.
Cool at once under running water.
Serve the chicken livers on a bed of rice and sprinkle with the crumbled bacon bits.
