Ingredients
  Chicken 1 Large (Cut Into 6 Serving Pieces)
  Whole wheat flour 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Eggplant 1 , diced
  Tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), stewed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

Dredge chicken in flour mixed with garlic and saute in hot oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover.
Simmer until chicken is tender.
