Chicken Yum Sticks

Ingredients
  Chicken fryer wings 25
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soya sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Break apart chicken wings at first and second joints.
Cook the tips separately with onion, salt and celery for chicken broth.
Mix all ingredients above and pour over chicken in large, shallow dish and cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, on a flat cookie sheet, 10" x 15" x 1".
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until tender and brown.
