Herbed Chicken A La Francais
|Dry white wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Arrange chicken breast halves in a 12x7 1/2 2x2 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle green onion and tarragon atop chicken.
Dot with margarine or butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add wine to baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350Â° oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
In a mixer bowl beat egg white till stiff peaks form.
Fold salad dressing or mayonnaise into stiffly beaten egg white.
Spoon egg white mixture over chicken breasts.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Return to oven and bake, uncovered, for 12 to 15 minutes more or till lightly browned.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with parsley.
