Chicken With Olives
|Chicken||2 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Carrot||1 , diced|
|Tomatoes||2 , peeled and quartered|
|Tomato puree||2 Tablespoon|
|Green olives||24 , pitted and chopped fine|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat shortening in cooker.
Brown chicken pieces.
Add the rest of the ingredients in order given.
Close cover of cooker and put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 10 minutes.
Allow pressure to drop naturally.
