Chicken And Bananas
|Chicken||3 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bananas||4 , cut lengthwise and quartered|
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat shortening in cooker and brown the chicken.
Add water and bananas.
Close cover and put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 15 minutes.
Allow cooker to cool of its own accord.
Serve chicken and bananas with a fresh-fruit salad and homemade bread.
