Chicken Breasts In Wine
|Chicken breasts||2 Pound|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Dredge the chicken in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
Heat the shortening in the cooker and brown the chicken in it.
Add wine; close cover.
Put valve on cooker.
After pressure is reached and valve is slowly rocking, cook for 10 minutes.
Allow the cooker to cool naturally.
