Golden-Brown Oven-Fried Chicken
|Sour cream||8 Ounce (Any Commercial Brand)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Celery salt||1 Tablespoon|
|Chicken breast halves||8 , skinned and boned|
|Herb-seasoned stuffing mix||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), crushed|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, salt, and pepper, mix well.
Dip chicken breast halves in sour cream mixture, and dredge in stuffing mix.
Place chicken in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Drizzle with butter, and bake, uncovered, at 350Â° for 1 hour.
