Chicken Breasts In Rice
|Chicken breasts||2 , halved, skinned|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned evaporated milk||13 Ounce|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion soup mix||2 Tablespoon|
Place chicken breasts in a lightly buttered 9 x 9 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine chicken soup, mushroom soup, evaporated milk, and rice.
Pour over chicken breasts, and top with dry onion soup mix.
Bake in a 350Â° F.
Oven for 1 hour or until chicken is done and grain is tender.
