Ginger-Garlic Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts 500 Gram (1 Pound)
  Lemon juice 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Minced ginger root 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Olive oil 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)
  Cumin 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Between waxed paper, pound chicken breasts until flattened to 1/2-inch (1 cm) thickness.
Combine lemon juice, ginger root, garlic, oil and cumin; spread over chicken.
Marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Grill on lightly greased grill over medium-hot coals or at medium-high setting or broil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink inside.
Season with pepper to taste.
