Ginger-Garlic Chicken Breasts
|Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts||500 Gram (1 Pound)|
|Lemon juice||25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Minced ginger root||10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Olive oil||10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoon)|
|Cumin||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
Between waxed paper, pound chicken breasts until flattened to 1/2-inch (1 cm) thickness.
Combine lemon juice, ginger root, garlic, oil and cumin; spread over chicken.
Marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Grill on lightly greased grill over medium-hot coals or at medium-high setting or broil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink inside.
Season with pepper to taste.
