Fried Chicken Breasts Oven Style

Ingredients
  Eggs 1 , beaten
  Milk 2 Teaspoon
  Potato flakes/Granules 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheese garlic salad dressing mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole chicken breasts 4
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine egg and milk; set aside.
Combine potato flakes and dressing mix.
Dip breasts in egg mixture and roll in potato mixture.
Melt butter in shallow baking pan.
Arrange chicken breasts in butter.
Bake at 400° F for 50 minutes.
