Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  Chicken wings 2 Pound
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Wash the chicken, pat dry and place in a large bowl.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, butter, mustard, soy sauce.
Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinate for two to three hours.
Pour in the water and mix.
Place the chicken on a lightly oiled baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about one hour, basting twice during the baking.
This is an excellent buffet dish.
