Chicken Liver Appetizers

Ingredients
  Chicken livers 10 , cut in half
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water chestnuts 10 , cut in half
  Bacon slices 10 , cut in half
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Lightly season the chicken livers with the salt and pepper.
In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and saute the livers lightly for two minutes.
To assemble, wrap one piece of liver and one water chestnut half in each piece of bacon, roll and secure with a toothpick.
Place the appetizers on a lightly oiled baking sheet and broil for a few minutes, turning once, until the bacon is crisp and brown.
