Busy Day Tasty Chicken
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced onions||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Rose wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried tarragon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot red pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a heavy skillet saute the chicken in the butter or margarine for fifteen minutes.
Add the onions and saute five minutes more.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Cook for ten minutes.
Transfer the chicken and sauce to a lightly oiled serving baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour, tunning the pieces twice during the baking time.
Serve with spaghetti or bulgur pilaf and a fresh tomato salad.
