Mushrooms Filled With Chicken

  Mushrooms 24 Large
  Chicken breasts 2 (Skinned)
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Peanut oil 4 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1
  Sesame seed oil 1 Teaspoon
  Bread crumbs 1 Tablespoon (Soaked In Water)
  Grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
Set aside.
Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.
Blend in a food processor.
Set aside.
Saute the onion in the peanut oil until limp.
Set aside to cool.
Combine all the remaining ingredients with the chicken together with the cooled onion, blending well.
It must be a moist mixture.
If it is too dry, add some water or oil.
Fill the mushrooms with the prepared filling.
Dot each with butter.
Broil until hot and bubbly.
Serve hot.
