|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), pressed|
|Soya sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Wash the chicken and pat dry.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add the chicken pieces and turn to mix well.
Cover and refrigerate one hour.
Transfer the chicken and marinade to a pan.
Add the water.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer about one hour, covered, or until the meat is tender, adding more water, if necessary.
