Basil Chicken Fried Rice

Thai stir fry with chicken or phad ga-praw gai is a delicious and spicy Thai preparation of chicken that can be served with fragrant jasmine rice or as an appetizer by itself. Prepared with a medley of Thai sauces along with chilies and garlic, the Thai stair fry chicken is garnished with holy basil for a wonderful aroma and flavor.
Ingredients
  Cooking oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chilies 1 Teaspoon (Birds Eye)
  Chicken breast 200 Gram (Sliced Or Minced, Skinned)
  Thai fish sauce 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Basil leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Heat wok over high heat. Add cooking oil then garlic and chilies, stir fry for a very short 15 seconds or less until fragrant. Quickly add the chicken and continue to stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add fish sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir thoroughly. Add the holy basil and stir again. Transfer to serving dish. Garnish with carrot or fried holy basil leaves.
