Lemon Pepper Bran Flake Chicken

Ingredients
  Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 6
  Bran flakes cereal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated lemon 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Use your hands to flatten chicken to an even thickness. In a shallow dish, combine bran flake crumbs, lemon zest, pep per, and salt. Dip chicken first into butter, then into crumbs to coat.
2. Place on a baking sheet. Bake until crumbs are golden brown and chicken is white throughout but still juicy, about 15 minutes.
3. Serve chicken garnished with lemon wedges to squeeze over.
