Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Diced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced mushroom 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skinless boneless cooked chicken 6 Ounce
  Peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped drained canned pimientos 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In 10-inch skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add onion and mushrooms and saute, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are lightly browned.
Sprinkle flour over vegetables and stir quickly to combine; gradually stir in milk and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer until mixture thickens.
Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until thoroughly heated.
