Chicken And Mushrooms In Eggs
|Chicken meat||1⁄4 Pound|
|Chicken stock||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Rice wine/Sherry||4 Tablespoon|
|Rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
Thinly slice chicken meat, mushrooms, and onions.
Combine the chicken stock, soy sauce, and rice wine or sherry.
Bring to boil.
Add chicken, mushrooms, and onions to sauce.
Cook this mixture slowly for about 15 minutes.
Place 1/4 of the cooked mixture in a small frying pan.
Pour a lightly beaten egg over this; cook until almost firm.
Remove from pan and serve over rice.
This is repeated 3 more times to serve 4 people.
