Easy Chicken Wings with Two Sauces

Host Caitlin shows you two easy sauces to make with chicken wings - and teaches you how to cook the wings. These chicken wings are a great tailgating option! Thank you for tuning in!
  Chicken wings 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Hot sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 250 Gram
  Ranch sauce 200 Gram
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon

1.Pre-heat your oven to 400C.

2.Bake the chicken wings in the oven.
3.In a mixing bowl, combine the hot sauce with honey, sugar, mix it well and set it aside.
4.In another bowl, add one stick of butter to two packets of dry ranch seasoning and put in the microwave for 1 minute until the butter melts.
5.Whisk the melted butter wit the ranch seasoning and set it aside.
6.Pull out the chicken from the oven once it turns golden brown and has a crispy skin.
7.On a pan, pour some olive oil , turn it on medium high heat and put the chicken pieces into it.
8.Let the chicken cook for 1 minute on each side, until it gets crusty.
9.Once ready, gently put half the portion of chicken in each of the sauces prepared and give it a toss.

10.Serve these juicy chicken wings prepared in two different sauces with a salad side if you like.
