Ingredients
  Boneless chicken 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ajinomoto 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  Green chilies 4
  Curry leaves 2
  Red food color 1 Pinch
  Chili garlic paste To Taste
  Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a bowl mix Chicken, Corn flour, Ginger Garlic Paste, Red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, Lemon juice, Egg, pepper powder, Aji-no-moto and Salt.

Marinate chicken for 2-4 hours in the fridge.

Deep / Shallow fry Chicken.

Heat 1 tsp Oil in a pan.

Add Cumin Seeds and saute until the seeds splutter.

Add 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste and saute for a couple more minutes

Add Green chillies and Curry leaves, saute for a minute.

Add 1 pinch red food color and Chili garlic paste to taste

Add Chicken and cook for couple more minutes until the chicken is hot.

Garnish with Chopped Cilantro.

Quite easy to make and they turned out exactly like the photo. Just like the recipe said and looked.....easy and beautiful tasting....luved it

Siva_71, If you are worried about the unknown side effects of chinese salt - you can always replace chinese salt with the regular salt. Just like instead of deep frying the chicken, one can bake the chicken pieces..that'll make the recipe even more healthier! I am sure most of the Grand Moms are going to frown on replacing the usual way of deep frying with baking :-)
