Sesame Chicken Saute
|Cornflake crumbs||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Seasoned bread crumbs||6 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seed||2 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1 Dash|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
|Skinned boneless chicken breasts||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Buttermilk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanut oil/Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
On sheet of wax paper or a paper plate combine cornflake crumbs, bread crumbs, sesame seed, and seasonings.
Dip chicken into butter-milk and then into crumb mixture, turning to coat both sides and using all of milk and crumb mixture.
In 12-inch skillet heat oil; add chicken and cook, turning once, until browned on both sides, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
