Chilled Chicken Cream
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz) (Condensed)|
|Light cream/Table cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in an electric-blender container; cover.
Blend 1 minute, or until creamy smooth.
(Or beat slightly longer with an electric beater.) Chill.
Pour into mugs or cups.
Garnish each with a celery-stick stirrer and serve with tiny croutons to sprinkle over, or a dash of paprika, if you wish.
