Peachy Low-Calorie Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 3 , split
  Chicken drumsticks 3
  Chicken thighs 3
  Peach halves 1 Pound (Diet-Pack Cling)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in shallow baking dish, 12x8x2.
Drain peach syrup into a cup (save halves for Step 3).
Add lemon juice and soy sauce to syrup; brush about half over chicken.
Bake in hot oven (400°), brushing every 15 minutes with remaining peach syrup mixture and pan juices, 1 hour, or until chicken is tender and richly browned.
Place peach halves around chicken; brush with pan juices; bake 5 minutes longer to heat peaches.
Dieter's portion: 1/2 chicken breast, 1 drumstick or thigh, and 1/2 peach — 210 calories.
