Easy Roasted Chicken
1.Remove the thyme leaves from its stem, chop finely and set aside. Pre-heat the oven at 350C.
2.In a bowl, place the butter and put rosemary and thyme into it and combine well using hands.
3.On a different cutting board, place the chicken.
4.Now place your hand underneath the skin and separate the skin from chicken.
5.Lather the butter on your hands and rub it on the chicken underneath the skin.
6.Once the inside of the chicken is covered in butter, rub some butter on the top of the chicken on its skin too.
7.Now place the buttered chicken on the baking sheet with the chicken breast up and let it cook for 1 hour.
8.Once cooked, you can simple break the thighs off and find the breast bone and follow it along to carefully remove the breast meat.
9.For a complete meal you can serve the perfectly roasted chicken with sauteed vegetables of your choice.
