Chicken Pate

Chicken Pate is one of the best pate recipe you can think of. Chill the pate overnight easily and let us know after you fully enjoy the recipe.
Ingredients
  Finely chopped cooked chicken breast 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Neufchatel cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Chopped onion 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine chicken, Neufchatel, onion, sherry, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, and nutmeg in container of an electric blender, process until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a 2-cup mold coated with cooking spray.
Cover mixture, and chill overnight.
Unmold onto a serving plate; sprinkle with paprika.
Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
Serve with melba toast rounds or unsalted crackers.
