Lemon Ginger Crock Pot Chicken
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grated ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Juice of lemon||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic gusto seasoning||2 Tablespoon (Time Savor Gourmet)|
|Chicken breast bone in||4 Pound (Whole Or Split)|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
Remove all excess fat from chicken.
Place in the center of the crock pot or other slow cooker.
In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
Set cooker for low, for 8 hours.
When done, remove chicken.
Drain, grease off of remaining liquid in the bottom of the cooker.
Pour into a skillet over medium-high heat.
Reduce liquid to half, adding a little flour for thickening if desired.
Slice chicken and put it on a plate.
Pour pan sauce over chicken and serve.
