Baked Chicken Wings

The fastest method of preparing buffalo wings. Can be ideal for your unexpected guests, if you have the ingredients ready.
Ingredients
  Boneless chicken 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/8 inch strips
  Egg whites 3 , gentle beaten
  Texturized soy protein/Bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hot sauce/Bbq sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light ranch/Blue cheese dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grind the TSP flakes into bread crumb sized pieces and dump onto a plate.
Dip chicken pieces in egg whites and then roll in TSP.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with sauce and dressing.
