Baked Chicken Wings
|Boneless chicken||2 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/8 inch strips|
|Egg whites||3 , gentle beaten|
|Texturized soy protein/Bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot sauce/Bbq sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light ranch/Blue cheese dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grind the TSP flakes into bread crumb sized pieces and dump onto a plate.
Dip chicken pieces in egg whites and then roll in TSP.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Serve with sauce and dressing.
