Fried Chicken Giblets In Lemon Juice
|Chicken giblets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Mixed spices||112 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Wash the giblets, then saute in hot ghee until brown and nearly cooked through approx 15 minutes.
Add the chopped onions and garlic and continue to saute until the onions are soft.
Mix in the salt pepper and mixed spices, then the lemon juice and saute for a few more minutes.
Serve warm or cold, garnished with parsley.
